Account Relationship Mapping is a sales intelligence solution that uses Sociomapping to make Account Management easy and enable Salesforce users to work with Contact engagement levels.

The plugin quickly assesses the level of account engagement (activities, related contacts, parent accounts) between an account and an account team in your Salesforce. Empower your Account Management with a comprehensive account network analysis in the form of Sociomaps. Why Sociomaps? To avoid overhead. Sociomapping facilitates account relationship management and simplifies navigation through the account network. Taking into account the complexity of interactions between the stakeholders, sociomapping plots your network on a landscape as a visualization of all interactions. Time is Ltd. is connected directly through API calls to your integration and receives all data, which may include personal data such as email address, name and surname. Despite being available to Time is Ltd., we do not access content and process only metadata of collaboration that may include personal data of your organization and of third parties.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Time is Ltd. takes over (as the Processor) the Personal Data of the Client personnel from the Client within the extent as specified in Categories of Data Subject's Personal Data here in chart. For the avoidance of doubt, the Client hereby undertakes not to hand over any other Personal Data than agreed herein and if at any point in time the Client does share any other Personal Data, the Client is and shall remain ultimately responsible for such sharing, incl. but not limited to the fact that it is allowed to do so vis a vis Time is Ltd. in relation to the Contract.

First and middle names, surnames, business contact data, incl. email addresses of individual users/Personal Data subjects, and any information provided for the purpose of provision of the Services by the Client or by the data subjects (relevant staff members, representatives, contractors and clients directly).Use/purchase in addition to the list above frequency of communication between individual users/Personal Data subjects in relation to individual accounts/Client's customers while using Salesforce Plugin application.

At Time is Ltd., we process metadata of collaboration that may include personal data of your organization and of third parties.To match employees in our platform for analyses you may need to upload an HR table through our HR Uploader which allows selecting only the columns needed for analyzing data.
